Return Eligibility

We only accept returns if the item is defective upon delivery.

  • Return Window: You must notify us of the defect within 7 days of receiving your item.

  • Condition: The item must be returned in the same condition it was received, including all original packaging and accessories.

  • Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at info@cashitin.ca within 7 days of receiving your item.

  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos of the defect if possible.

  3. If the return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Returns will not be accepted for issues related to buyer’s remorse, accidental orders, or compatibility concerns.

  • Items that are damaged after delivery due to misuse or modification are not eligible for return.
